About the role
We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead a luxury spa located in the heart of Central London. This senior‑level position will oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the therapist and host teams, acting as a visible role model.
- Provide expert advice to guests on spa facilities, treatments, and membership options.
- Manage bookings, recruitment, staff scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
- Promote and market spa services to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and deliver treatment training.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑end skin‑care treatments and luxury spa environments.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Passion for delivering premium service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on profitability.
