Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Pangbourne

About the role

We are looking for a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a facilities management team at a commercial site near Pangbourne. The role is full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday, and involves both planned and reactive maintenance of the site’s electrical plant and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on all main electrical plant and equipment.
• Maintain site compliance and manage the CAFM/logbook system.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is carried out to standards.
• Participate in a call‑out rota for emergency situations.

Required profile

• Fully electrically qualified – NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with AM2.
• Knowledge of the 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection experience (highly desirable).
• Previous experience in commercial or occupied office environments.
• Ability to obtain a DBS check.
