Store Manager – Fashion Retail (Bluewater)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Bluewater fashion retail outlet in Greenhithe. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales and customer‑service staff.
• Set and achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs and manage store budgets.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a fashion or accessory retail store or senior team.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and people‑development abilities.
