About the role

Join a top‑tier fashion retailer as Store Manager and lead a high‑performing team in Brentford. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including stock control and health & safety compliance.
• Develop and motivate a team to exceed sales targets and performance standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) for the store.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a managerial role such as Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on sales growth and operational efficiency.
