Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Vision Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Richmond location. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required profile

• Proven success in a Store Manager role.
• Strong experience managing and improving KPIs.
• Energetic leader who thrives in a performance‑driven environment.
• Confidence coaching, developing and motivating teams.
• Experience leading teams through change and driving improvement.
• Background in product‑led retail or sales environments preferred.
• Optical experience not required – training will be provided.
