Store Supervisor – Full-Time Retail Management

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Giant Tiger location in London, Ontario. In this full-time role you will ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Train and communicate policies, procedures, SKU handling, pricing, and use of RF units to associates.
• Manage ordering, replenishment, merchandising activities and inventory counts.
• Supervise a team, schedule staff, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Handle customer complaints, ensure health and safety compliance, and enforce loss-prevention practices.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule and engage with the local community.
• Support the Store Owner/Manager with additional projects and tasks.

Required profile

• Proven motivator and team leader with 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, vendors and staff.
• Excellent planning, organization and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to health, safety and compliance standards.
