Strategist, Agent Development (Italian speaking)

About the role

Sierra is looking for an Agent Strategist who will own the end‑to‑end development of AI agents for enterprise customers. You will work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to turn high‑stakes business problems into conversational agents that drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope definition through design, launch, and continuous iteration.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping AI strategies that meet their business goals.
• Partner daily with customer teams, run working sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects on track.
• Surface unmet customer needs and feed them back to product and research for future platform direction.

Required profile

• Customer obsession with a proven ability to build trusted relationships in complex organizations.
• Clear, persuasive communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strategic problem‑solving in ambiguous environments with strong analytical skills.
• Technical aptitude to read API docs, understand data models, and discuss system architecture.
• Ownership and delivery track record of managing multiple high‑visibility projects.
