Strategy Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical senior strategy analyst to join our Strategy Team. The role serves as the operational backbone of our strategy, translating long‑term vision into measurable execution while partnering with Sales, Product and Finance on company‑wide planning and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the annual planning cycle and quarterly business reviews, building and maintaining target‑tracking systems that turn growth road‑maps into operational actions.
• Collaborate with Finance to review, refine and contribute strategic updates and company‑wide metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support AI‑enabled workflow integration across the business to improve efficiency in data gathering, reporting and planning.
• Conduct foundational strategy work such as competitor tracking, customer research and quantitative analyses to back new initiatives and business cases.
• Build and interrogate company metrics and reporting frameworks to surface insights that inform effective decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in a highly analytical, fast‑paced environment, preferably top‑tier strategy consulting or business operations in a high‑growth tech firm.
• Proven ability to approach problems in a structured, organised manner and manage processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced modelling skills with an uncompromising attention to detail, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, comfortable translating deep data into executive‑level slides, briefs and presentations.
• Highly organised self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage multiple work streams concurrently and eager to take on diverse cross‑functional challenges.
