About the role

Join the London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) as a Subject Lead for the BA Hospitality programme. You will shape the future of hospitality education by leading curriculum design, teaching delivery, and student support across Levels 4‑6.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging hospitality modules, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Lead continuous curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support and mentor lecturers to maintain consistent teaching quality.
• Oversee assessment design, marking, and feedback processes.
• Monitor student progress, providing academic guidance and intervention where needed.
• Build and maintain industry partnerships to enrich the learning experience.
• Contribute to course operations, exam boards, and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• Essential degree plus postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience.
• Higher education teaching experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum design and assessment.
• Strong understanding of higher‑education quality standards.
• Collaborative, student‑centred approach.
• Desirable: PhD or higher degree, FHEA or teaching qualification, industry partnership experience.
