SuccessFactors Manager – HR Tech Lead (Hybrid)

About the role

This senior, high‑visibility position leads the strategy and day‑to‑day delivery of a large‑scale SuccessFactors environment in a growth‑focused business. Working hybrid with one day per week in the Manchester office, you will own a multi‑module HR tech platform and drive its evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise the full SuccessFactors suite (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning and additional modules).
• Lead a team of specialists to keep the platform stable, secure and continuously improving.
• Manage releases, upgrades and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance standards are met.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance processes and unlock system value.
• Oversee vendors, support partners and overall platform performance.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
• Proven leadership of a systems or HR‑tech team.
• Track record delivering upgrades, improvements and system changes.
• Solid understanding of data, reporting and platform governance.
• Confident stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.
