About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our HR team and lead the management and optimisation of the SAP SuccessFactors system. The role focuses on digital HR transformation and delivering high‑quality HR technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
- Provide training and support to end‑users on the system.
- Drive digital HR transformation initiatives.
- Deliver high‑quality HR technology solutions across the organisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Systems Specialist.
- Strong passion for digital HR transformation.
- Ability to train and mentor colleagues on SuccessFactors.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
