Support Worker – Scottish Islands (Full-time Contractor)

About the role
We are seeking compassionate support workers to join our team on the Scottish Islands. The role involves providing community, home and residential care, helping service users with daily living tasks while enjoying the beautiful island surroundings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver care in community settings, at home and in care homes.
- Assist with meal preparation, medication administration, moving and handling.
- Perform household tasks and general domiciliary care.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of UK care experience, preferably in a care home or community setting.
- Compassionate, strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
