Sustainability Consultant – Impact & ESG Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a Sustainability Consultant to act as a strategic partner for our clients, guiding B Corp certifications and sustainability strategies while driving growth of our impact offering.

Key responsibilities

• Member and leader of the Impact Team, helping clients use expertise.
• Lead a portfolio of clients on sustainability and ESG journeys.
• Identify prospective client leads, design and sell projects.
• Deliver high‑quality services within budget to enable long‑term impact.
• Translate technical concepts through presentations, workshops and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Identify hidden client needs and align solutions with objectives.
• Contribute to process improvement and optimisation of tools and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and the wider community.
• Represent Seismic at industry events and round tables.

Required profile

• Passionate about sustainability and experienced in client‑facing consulting.
• Comfortable in a fast‑growing, agile environment with a growth mindset.
• Strong communication, empathy and ability to adapt to diverse clients.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects.
