Sustainability Leadership Skills Coach

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Sustainability Leadership Skills Coach to join our Delivery Team. In this role you will guide apprentices through their learning journey, delivering engaging content for our Responsible Leadership Academy and helping them build meaningful, sustainable careers.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor apprentices, delivering an outstanding learning experience throughout their journey.
• Ensure learners stay on track and successfully complete their apprenticeship.
• Deliver regular progress reviews and keep employers informed on apprentice development.
• Design and facilitate engaging group sessions, including virtual and in‑person workshops.
• Coordinate training activities with employers and industry experts.
• Build strong relationships with apprentices and employers, providing pastoral support where required.

Required profile

• Experience working as a leader in sustainability (in‑house, consultancy or agency) and/or delivering sustainability training.
• Good understanding of corporate responsibility and sustainability frameworks.
• Experience in teaching, training or coaching with a strong interest in learner development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.

What we offer

• Salary £43,000–£45,000 per year.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day added each year up to three years.
