Swim Instructor – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Swim Instructor to join our Manchester club. You will work with members of all ages, delivering both one‑to‑one and group swimming sessions, helping them achieve their personal water‑confidence and fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver swimming lessons for children, teens and adults.
• Provide personalised coaching to improve technique, endurance and safety.
• Conduct group classes and ensure a safe, supportive pool environment.
• Monitor progress, give feedback and maintain accurate lesson records.
• Uphold club health and safety standards and keep the pool area tidy.

Required profile

• Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Strong passion for health, fitness and water‑based activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated and proud of delivering high‑quality member experiences.

Required skills

• Ability to teach swimming techniques to all age groups.
• Knowledge of water safety and rescue procedures.
• Experience running both individual and group lessons.
