Talent Acquisition Advisor – Hybrid, Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a leading organisation in Manchester on a hybrid basis. The role is ideal for agency recruiters looking to transition in‑house, offering the chance to own the full recruitment lifecycle and influence hiring strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from brief to offer, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Partner with business leaders to shape hiring strategies and develop innovative attraction plans.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks and databases, building strong talent pipelines.
• Deliver inclusive, engaging candidate experiences and support fair selection processes.
• Provide market insights, salary guidance and continuously improve recruitment tools and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong direct sourcing and market‑mapping capabilities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for insight‑led hiring.
• Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools.
