Talent Acquisition Partner – Hybrid (MSP/RPO)

About the role

Sanderson Solutions is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a trusted advisor to key clients. You will shape hiring decisions, workforce plans and talent strategies while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Lead workforce planning and strategic hiring discussions.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and talent insights.
• Develop attraction strategies and proactive talent pipelines.
• Use data and reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and direct sourcing activity.
• Coach and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, MSP, RPO or recruitment business partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
• Commercial awareness with a consultative approach.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
