Talent Acquisition Recruiter – GTM (London)

About the role

Rogo is building AI‑native tools for finance and needs a dedicated GTM recruiter to lead hiring in London and across Europe. This is the first GTM recruiting hire on the ground in London, shaping how we attract top sales and go‑to‑market talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end GTM recruiting for London and EMEA.
• Hire SDRs, Account Executives and GTM Associates across the region.
• Manage interview logistics across time zones, ensuring speed and precision.
• Align hiring priorities, pipeline health and process improvements across regions.
• Build Rogo’s employer brand and presence in the London/European market.
• Maintain clean candidate data in Ashby and ensure timely interview feedback.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the London/European GTM market.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional and clear.
• Experience with ATS tools, specifically Ashby, and modern productivity tools.
• Comfortable working across time zones and with senior stakeholders, including the co‑founder.
