Talent Acquisition Specialist – Manchester

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Latus Group’s Manchester office. The role will drive end‑to‑end recruitment, build talent pipelines and support hiring managers to secure the best candidates for our growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality candidates using social media, job boards and direct outreach.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, review job descriptions and ensure alignment with company values.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including booking rooms and communicating with candidates.
• Develop and manage talent pools of internal and external candidates.
• Produce monthly recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, candidate generation and cost analysis.
• Support the People Team with onboarding communications and new‑hire processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Full UK driver’s licence and ability to travel to other sites for recruitment events.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with an ATS (any system).
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
