Talent Advisor – Early Careers Recruitment

About the role

Wise May are looking for a Talent Advisor to join a large London accountancy firm in the City. This fast‑paced, hands‑on role will coordinate a high volume of interviews, manage candidate logistics and support the full early‑careers lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders. The position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave and offers hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all early‑careers recruitment from start to finish.
• Schedule and coordinate interview logistics through the ATS system.
• Liaise with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external early‑career professionals.
• Assist with continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including automation initiatives.
• Ensure a high level of candidate care and professionalism at every hiring stage.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, hardworking and positive approach.
• High attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
