Talent Operations Coordinator (EMEA)

About the role

As a Talent Operations Coordinator supporting the EMEA region, you will ensure every candidate interaction feels personal and seamless. You will partner closely with recruiting, hiring managers, and leadership to keep hiring processes smooth and efficient, allowing the team to focus on building cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end interview scheduling for the EMEA R&D team, handling multiple time zones and last‑minute changes.
• Welcome and host candidates onsite, creating a comfortable environment for both first‑time interviewers and seasoned researchers.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with recruiters to flag potential issues early and adjust plans on the fly.
• Manage the ATS (Ashby) data to keep the talent pipeline clean and up‑to‑date.
• Identify and improve clunky hiring processes, proposing scalable solutions.
• Compile hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire and team growth for leadership reporting.
• Assist in organizing team events, off‑sites, and research showcases.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations in a fast‑paced, technical environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially with calendar invites and time‑zone management.
• Proactive problem‑solver who fixes inefficient processes without being asked.
• Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple moving pieces calmly.
• Trusted by peers to follow through consistently without reminders.
