Key responsibilities

• Teach Psychology across the ability range, including A Level.
• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and well‑structured lessons.
• Inspire students to develop a deeper understanding of psychological theory, research and real‑world applications.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the school.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and ambitious learning environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Psychology, ideally at A Level.
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Psychology.
• Commitment to achieving high standards for every student.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills.
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and provide professional references.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
