Team Leader – Barista Maestro (30 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Bath as a Team Leader, overseeing a busy coffee shop and delivering memorable experiences to customers. You will work 30 hours per week on a permanent contract, guiding a team of baristas while ensuring high standards of service and coffee quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and manage daily store operations.
• Train, mentor and support new baristas to develop their skills.
• Motivate the team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and coffee excellence.
• Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep the shop running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Calm, adaptable and resourceful under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
