About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Bristol as a Team Leader, overseeing daily store operations and delivering a great coffee experience for customers. You will work flexible shifts and support a friendly team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage each shift to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Train, coach and support new baristas, fostering skill development.
• Motivate the team, maintaining high energy and morale throughout the day.
• Uphold Costa’s standards for service quality and coffee preparation.
• Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• A reliable role model who demonstrates accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Calm and resourceful under pressure, able to adapt to changing demands.
• Previous experience in a leadership role or a clear readiness to step into one.
