About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Glasgow, you will energise the store team, ensure smooth daily operations and deliver the high standards of service and coffee quality that the brand is known for. The role offers flexible shift patterns to suit both full‑time and part‑time preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain store performance.
• Train, coach and support new Baristas.
• Motivate the team, fostering a positive and energetic environment.
• Uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.
• Adapt resources and solve problems to keep the store running well.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet KPIs and company goals.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
