Team Member – Hospitality Crew

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our Vintage Inns pubs. You will welcome guests, serve food and drinks, and support both the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a friendly, rural pub environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
• Assist the kitchen with food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Support bar operations and help with drink service.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks across the venue.
• Team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
