Tech L&D Knowledge Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Tech L&D Knowledge Manager to shape and execute our knowledge management strategy across multiple learning academies. You will organise knowledge hubs, harness generative AI for skill mapping, and partner with subject‑matter experts to deliver high‑impact learning experiences in a fast‑moving technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the L&D knowledge strategy and advise steering committees on curriculum priorities and budgeting.
• Maintain and curate knowledge hubs on platforms such as Confluence, ServiceNow and Slack, ensuring content is current and easily accessible.
• Leverage generative AI tools to map learning content to critical technical skills.
• Collaborate with internal experts (“Gurus”) to create and continuously improve learning materials and community engagement.
• Track usage metrics and gather user feedback to drive ongoing improvements in knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in L&D knowledge management, content strategy or L&D advisory.
• Strong background working alongside engineering, data, AI or product teams.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders in a multinational setting.
