About the role
You will join a globally recognised financial services organisation that is delivering large‑scale technology transformation programmes. The Product Delivery & Integration team drives strategic initiatives that enable secure, scalable payment solutions across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate large‑scale technology change, platform modernisation, and enterprise‑wide releases.
- Maintain programme governance, stakeholder engagement, and Agile best practice across the organisation.
- Manage complex project plans, RAID logs, dependencies and release schedules.
- Drive Agile delivery using Scrum, SAFe and enterprise‑scale frameworks.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale technology programmes and strategic change.
- Strong background in Agile delivery, including Scrum and SAFe.
- Experience with platform transformations, cloud migrations or legacy system decommissioning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
