Technology Analyst – PMO (Remote, UK)

About the role

Turnitin is seeking a Technology Analyst – PMO to partner with engineering and product leaders, turning complex delivery data into actionable insights. The role focuses on improving planning, tracking, and execution across a fast‑moving SaaS engineering organization while supporting a remote‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze engineering demand, capacity, and delivery forecasts to support quarterly and annual planning.
• Identify portfolio‑level risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks that could impact execution.
• Define and maintain delivery metrics such as throughput, predictability, cycle time, and flow analysis.
• Create and deliver executive dashboards, portfolio reports, and operational storytelling.
• Optimize tools, workflows, and processes to enhance visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline planning discussions and prioritization.

Required profile
