Technology M&A Associate to VP – Mid-Market

About the role

This position offers the chance to work on a high proportion of execution within an entrepreneurial environment, with the possibility to progress into an origination capacity. You will be responsible for overseeing deals, managing junior team members, and collaborating directly with MDs and Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the technology sector on a range of buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Manage day‑to‑day transaction activities, including preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis, and client communications.
• Conduct industry research to support both deal origination and transaction analysis.
• Perform valuation work and financial modelling, including DCF and LBO analyses.
• Contribute to marketing and business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with high achievement.
• Demonstrated experience in technology/TMT M&A deals.
• Current experience in a reputable bank, boutique, or professional‑services M&A team.
• Desire for greater exposure and an improved work‑life balance.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Team‑player mindset.
