TikTok Creator & Affiliate Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially‑driven TikTok Creator & Affiliate Executive to grow our brand through TikTok Shop and affiliate partnerships. You will collaborate with creators, presenters and internal teams to launch campaigns, spot trends and drive revenue in a fast‑paced social commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage TikTok creators via the TikTok Affiliate Program and ensure regular product seeding for top performers.
• Analyse product performance on TikTok Shop, optimise listings, titles and thumbnails, and develop bundles and promotional offers.
• Track conversion rates using TikTok Analytics, Shop Dashboard and UTM tracking, and produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate freelance TikTok presenters, provide briefs, schedule filming and live sessions, and monitor performance to improve engagement.
• Support brand‑community events, creator engagement initiatives and coordinate product and lifestyle photoshoots.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing affiliate or influencer marketing programmes, preferably on TikTok Shop.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, creators and social commerce dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Experience in eCommerce or direct‑to‑consumer brands is a plus.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £27,000–£30,000 per year.
• Hybrid working model – three days in our Manchester office and two days remote.
