Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the toddler room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Mentor and support the room team, encouraging professional development and fostering a positive culture.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor each child’s development and well‑being, creating individual learning plans as needed.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding.

Required profile

• A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Proven experience in a nursery setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• A passion for early childhood education and helping children reach their full potential.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
