Trade Mark Support Specialist – Birmingham (£40k+)

About the role

Our client, a reputable law firm in Birmingham, is looking for an experienced Trade Mark Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will provide high‑quality support to Trade Mark Attorneys, working in a fast‑paced environment with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and file trade mark applications.
• Maintain accurate trade mark records and portfolios.
• Track important deadlines and ensure timely action.
• Produce correspondence and manage client communications.
• Handle trade mark recordals, oppositions and other formalities.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding trade mark matters.

Required profile

• Hold the CITMA qualification.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal or Administrator.
• Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
