About the role
Join VIQU IT Recruitment as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham and start a fast‑track career in talent acquisition. You will receive hands‑on training and one‑to‑one mentorship from experienced recruiters while supporting the permanent recruitment team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage and place high‑quality candidates for permanent roles.
- Source candidates using various channels and build strong relationships.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and managers to meet placement targets.
Required profile
- Background in sales, customer service, call‑centre, lettings or a strong commercial mindset.
- Proactive, competitive, resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
- Motivated to develop a long‑term career in recruitment.
