Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales

About the role

This is a full‑time trainee position in a fast‑growing technology recruitment specialist. You will work from the Manchester office, supporting the sales‑focused recruitment team and developing your own client and candidate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for open vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new business opportunities.
• Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject‑matter expert within your specialism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree or 12 months sales experience.
• A strong desire to progress and achieve targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience and a strong work ethic.
