Trainee Solicitor – Housing Disrepair

About the role
Join a growing Housing Disrepair team and gain hands‑on experience across the full litigation process. You will work alongside seasoned litigators, supporting claims from inception to resolution while receiving structured training and supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with a varied caseload of housing disrepair claims.
- Draft legal documents and prepare witness statements.
- Review evidence and liaise with counsel.
- Progress claims through the courts.
- Participate in client meetings and case strategy sessions.
Required profile
- At least 12 months of fee‑earning or litigation experience in housing disrepair.
- Organised, proactive and committed to a long‑term litigation career.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn.
