Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will support day‑to‑day treasury operations and help deliver the funding strategy of a fast‑growing financial services organisation. Working closely with senior finance leaders, banking partners and external stakeholders, you will ensure effective cash management, accurate reporting and robust risk oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage treasury operations, banking facilities and cash‑management activities.
• Produce accurate treasury reporting and management information.
• Support funding transactions and maintain financing structures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, trustees, cash managers and other external partners.
• Review treasury reconciliations and financing reports, identifying trends and potential risks.
• Assist with treasury systems implementation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Support interest‑rate risk management and treasury governance.
• Ensure robust controls, compliance and operational excellence across treasury activities.
• Contribute to treasury planning, ALCO reporting and wider strategic projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in treasury, funding, banking or corporate finance within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, controls and reporting.
• Knowledge of funding structures and financial risk management.
• Excellent analytical abilities and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Finance, Business or Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
