About the role

Join a leading international law firm in London as a US Tax Associate. You will work with high‑net‑worth individuals, families and family offices, providing advice on US and cross‑border tax, trust and estate planning matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise international high‑net‑worth clients on US tax, trust and estate planning.
• Structure international trusts, estates and expatriation plans.
• Support cross‑border philanthropy and investment structuring.
• Research and analyse the Internal Revenue Code and related regulations.
• Prepare technical advice memoranda and draft wills and trusts.

Required profile

• US‑qualified lawyer with 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in US tax, trust and estate planning.
• Experience drafting technical memoranda and estate documents.
• LLM in Taxation or equivalent specialised academic qualification.
