Used Car Sales Consultant (Mercedes-Benz)

About the role

Sytner Group is seeking a Permanent Used Car Sales Consultant for its Mercedes‑Benz dealership in Loughton. You will be the primary point of contact for customers looking to purchase a pre‑owned Mercedes‑Benz, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face, understand their needs and guide them through the used‑car purchase journey.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the used‑car inventory and vehicle specifications.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s revenue goals.
• Provide after‑sales support and build long‑term relationships with customers.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to maximise customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with used vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full and valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
