UX Researcher I – User Insights & Product Experience

About the role

Join us in shaping the future of the A&G business segment through impactful research. In this role you’ll help us understand user behaviours, needs and motivations to inform product decisions and improve user experiences. You will work closely with senior researchers, designers and product teams, using a variety of research methods to generate insights that keep our products centred on user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Apply creative problem‑solving to plan the right UX research activities for each context, collaborating with design and product colleagues to understand customer, stakeholder and business needs.
• Deliver qualitative and quantitative UX research studies, from planning through analysing and socialising insights, using a wide variety of methodologies and tools.
• Help the team focus on customer and user needs by understanding use cases, leveraging analytics and integrating research insights into design.
• Contribute to rapid iteration of solutions to help define product structure, layout and visual identity.
• Contribute to understanding market segments and competitors.

Required profile

• Familiar with UX research practices and tools, both quantitative and qualitative, and able to identify the best approach for different contexts.
• Strong experience planning and delivering user research initiatives such as surveys, interviews, diary and ethnographic studies, usability testing and analytics.
• Ability to build strong relationships across teams and articulate research insights for diverse audiences.
• Self‑development mindset, taking ownership of growth, seeking feedback and staying curious.
• Effective at asking questions, gathering facts from multiple sources and managing day‑to‑day issues independently.
