Vehicle Technician – Swindon (Up to £50,000 OTE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership in Swindon. You will work in a modern workshop, delivering high‑quality servicing, maintenance and repairs while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Perform vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required.
• Maintain accurate workshop records and follow dealership procedures.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
