Veterinary Business Manager – Digital Services

About the role

This field‑based position covers Northern England and Scotland, driving the adoption of Royal Canin’s digital recommendation services within veterinary clinics. You will act as the primary contact for digital tools, helping partners improve pet health through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit veterinary clinics to use Royal Canin’s digital platforms.
• Promote and drive product recommendations through digital services.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with veterinary practices and hospitals.
• Provide training and support to ensure partners are proficient with digital tools.
• Represent the company at 2‑3 industry events per year, including occasional weekend work.

Required profile

• Based in Northern England or Scotland.
• Strong passion for pet health and technology.
• Proven ability to manage a large, geographically dispersed territory.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Base salary £39,000‑£40,000 per year plus bonus £7,000‑£15,000.
