In this pivotal role, you will champion the educational journey of learners within the care system and those with additional support needs, driving transformative outcomes across the region.

Missions principales

• Lead and manage the Virtual School to ensure high-quality educational provision for vulnerable learners.
• Develop and implement personalized support plans to improve educational attainment and well-being.
• Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, including schools, social work services, and families.
• Monitor and analyze educational progress to drive strategic improvements and impact.
• Ensure full compliance with all legal requirements and safeguarding regulations (PVG Scheme, etc.).
