Visual Merchandise Responsible (40 hrs/week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Visual Merchandise Responsible to lead the visual presentation of the brand on Regent Street, London. You will act as a keyholder, ensuring the store runs smoothly during your shifts while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and embody Levi’s brand values.
• Lead, motivate and support stylists to achieve store and personal KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards at all times.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and own outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
