About the role

Join the hospitality team at Hotel du Vin Birmingham as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and taking orders.
• Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate with restaurant management.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to match the restaurant’s operating hours.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tables.
• Willingness to learn and develop towards a future Food & Beverage management role.
