About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative for a temporary‑to‑permanent position with a growing company in Leighton Buzzard. The role involves handling inbound and outbound stock, preparing orders for dispatch and supporting day‑to‑day warehouse activities.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack products using order sheets and scanning equipment.
- Process goods in and goods out, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Prepare items for dispatch and maintain tidy storage areas.
- Operate forklift trucks where qualified.
- Enter stock data into internal systems and support general warehouse duties.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.
- Ability to meet targets and work within set deadlines.
- Valid FLT (forklift) certificate preferred but not essential.
- Strong computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
Required skills
- Forklift operation (if qualified).
- MS Office proficiency.
