Warehouse Team Leader – PM Shift (11am‑8pm)

About the role

CHH Conex Limited is seeking two experienced Warehouse Team Leaders for its Birmingham site. The role works the 11:00 am – 8:00 pm shift, reporting to the Shift Manager and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives in a hands‑on, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PM shift, meeting KPIs and escalating incidents, risks or issues to the Shift Manager.
• Assist the Shift Manager as needed and ensure smooth handover with the AM shift.
• Supervise and develop Warehouse Operatives, fostering skill growth and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee timely dispatch and receipt of goods while maintaining an organised, safe workspace.
• Support training, onboarding and performance‑driven culture within the department.
• Collaborate with fellow Team Leaders to ensure consistent workload transition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Adaptable, proactive attitude with a sleeves‑rolled‑up mentality.
• Ability to work closely with a team, providing clear instruction, encouragement and leading by example.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental compliance.
