About the Role

As a Welfare Benefits Adviser (or Trainee), you will become a vital part of a dynamic, client-centered team, delivering high-quality guidance across multiple communication channels.

Main Missions

• Provide reliable and efficient advice on social welfare rights and benefits via face-to-face, telephone, and email channels.
• Assist clients in understanding their eligibility criteria and navigating the complexities of benefit claims.
• Accompany and support clients through the application process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Proactively identify opportunities to help clients maximize their entitled income and financial stability.
• Maintain high standards of service within a fast-paced environment, operating between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Profile Required

• A compassionate individual capable of working in a trauma-informed manner to support vulnerable clients.
• Exceptional active listening and questioning skills to accurately assess client needs.
• High level of precision and meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive information and applications.
• Ability to work effectively within an established team to meet service delivery goals.
