Account Manager – International Recruitment

About the role

We are partnering with a small but international recruitment agency located near Liverpool Street in London. They are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join a collaborative, social team that values progression and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Place candidates with client contacts worldwide, matching talent to niche industry roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and corporate clients.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including logistics and database administration.
• Support the team by contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Degree‑level education is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM databases and candidate management tools.
