About the role

Paragon Alpha is seeking an ambitious entry‑level Recruitment Consultant to join its award‑winning hedge‑fund search team in London. You will start in Alpha Academy, a structured training programme that equips you with the methodology, market knowledge and client exposure needed to succeed in executive search.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and engage candidates for hedge‑fund mandates.
• Support senior consultants in client communication and business development.
• Assist in managing live search projects from start to finish.
• Build relationships with investment professionals and hiring managers.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or professional with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proven success in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments (sales, hospitality, retail, finance, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to thrive in a performance‑driven culture.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
